Research Cessna wanted to know what pilots were looking for in the interior of new aircraft. They hired RED to research their varied customer bases’ desires and expectations for future single-engine piston aircraft. RED was able to develop research that covered FOB’s, long-time pilots, and new pilots, and brought back critical insights for Cessna to use in developing their product. RED was also asked to do insight research during the unveiling of the interior mockup during the AOPA convention.
