Research, research, research.
In a world where everyone is a brander, what makes REDKOR so different? An associate of mine embroiders shirts and hats, and he calls himself a branding company. Another good friend does signage, banners, wraps cars, and much more, and they are also branding companies. You have new college graduates who design logos, and they yes are also branders. Other friends who do websites, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and billboards all call themselves branders. So what makes us different?
First of all, I think it’s research.
Only a few service providers who are responsible for creating a brand for their clients take the time to research their client’s customers. Moreover, very few of them test the visual branding and seek feedback from the customers before finalizing it. It is imperative to have the right brand that represents you accurately.
To create a successful brand, it’s not enough to simply design graphics and ask your client a few questions. Building a brand is like designing a home – it requires a deep understanding of what the customer values most about the product and how they prioritize those values. Without this understanding, you’re just guessing and your customer may end up paying a high price for a failed branding initiative that must be redone from scratch.
Conducting research before and after the process is crucial for our customers to ensure that they receive the most suitable brand, messaging, and marketing.
This helps them avoid worrying and feeling anxious about the outcome, as we guarantee customer satisfaction. We have noticed that some customers tend to hire a pricey agency under the assumption that higher cost equals better quality and that they will come out as heroes. However, it is not always the case that a more expensive West or East Coast agency will deliver better results.
Find a company that prioritizes listening to and understanding you, rather than boasting about their own abilities and expertise.
Look for a firm that conducts research, consults with your actual customers, and tests different approaches to determine what will work best for your business. Once they have gathered this information, they can begin to create effective designs, messaging, and marketing strategies based on that research. Finally, they should test these designs and strategies with your customers to ensure they are effective and aligned with your brand.
AT REDKOR the core of what makes us different is research followed up by the very best design in the industry. You can be sure the money you spend will pay you back dividends.
